Maestro Testino

Just thought you might be interested in watching or rewatching an amazing video featuring one of the greatest fashion photographers of all times - Mario Testino.
The video is called "BBC OMNIBUS - DOCUMENTARY - MARIO TESTINO". And it's truely an inspiration!
Look at gorgeous Kate Moss or Queen Naomi when they're showing their best in front of Mr. Testino's camera lens. Check out their poses, check out how the magic's working when genious people meet! If I be lucky to be at a model's place, I'd piss in my pants just because of that 300 Volt energy between Mario and his Muses. That's maybe why I'm not a model yet (thanks God!), and will never be (Never say never)
BTW, I love that hair color which Anna (Her Majesty Wintour) has now more than that one she used to have back in the day.

On the way to a swimming pool

I haven't been to Arkhangelsk (note for those who is new to my site: I was born there) for five years, those three days that I spent there on Christmas aren't counted coz I was cocooned at home (that terrible cold which I can stand by no means, thank you very much!).
But I'm already lusting over going there again in the summer to see all of my long - lost friends and beloved relatives.
Today my very talented photographer of a mom as she is has sent me a couple of photos which she took on her way to a swimming pool.
A wee bit of a KVADPhoto + PRO app's touch and voila, you've got photos which deserve IMHO to be sent to La Biennale di Venezia or what have you. Sorry for braggging, but you know me I love it, especially when it comes to other people's talents.

Bayerische Trachten

 silk handkerchief - vintage GFFerre

Dirty jokes around the name aside (ask your Russian speaking fella what I mean), I want to say that there's very little that can make me really happy. I mean I don't need too much to be happy (I mean don't mean yellow Lamborghini with my golden initials on its front seat panel here).
Blossoms around me and above - zero temprature outside is enough.
I enjoy walking in the street wearing the best of my clothes (the best in my language means leger and dangerously short). It was a really awesome day yesterday here in Krasnodar! But let the photos speak for themselves. Oh, oh! And one more thing: you should have seen a facial expression of a guy who was passing by me the moment I was all standing doggy style, and our eyes met and he was like "WTF?", and I was like "Who cares, bro?!", and he was like "Get outta here, it's a no-passin' zone", I was like "Okay, okay, chill, I'll just take a photo with this friggin' sign and leave", and he was like "Hell, do it", and I was like "Thanks!". The thing is that that of a conversation lasted just a few seconds and wasn't verbalized. I mean at all. I read it all in his eyes. Yep.

The Panama caps' story

I have  love/hate relationships with head-pieces in general. From one point,  I can't wear them because of my "gullible ears" problem. From the other one, I love a good old classical style fedora  a sports style baseball cap to complete my look.
But recently I was too obsessed with headwear. I bought this H&M parti-colored cap last months, and yesterday I couldn't help but grabbing not one but two Panama hats in the local poundshop.
One is colored military green, and another one is very similar to that psychodelic Takashi Murakami's "Flowers in Heaven" emblematic motif. I'm obsessed with it. Though I'm going to give the latter to my best friend's little child instead of wearing it myself.
Let it better be a kid in weird prints on the head pointed out than me, right? I have enough of people's attention in this city without extra accessories.
BTW Panama hats is the hottest trend during this SS 15 season. I spent hours in  Style. com browsing Dsquared2 latest collections and I found a few male models wearing gorgeous nylon Panama hats. Incredible!

Vlad Lisovets for "Oz Mall" Fashion Week 2015

Halleluja, friends! A God foresaken turd hole Krasnodar is blessed to welcome one of the most successful top fashion experts in the country! Vlad Lisovets, a famous Russian TV host and stylist came to Oz Mall  for celebrity public appearance at OZ MALL Fashion Week 2015.
I worked my ass off yesterday, so I couldn't attend the event.
But I used a magic power of the interwebs, and found some snaps for you. No thanks, please!

в ТЦ "OZ Mall_Krasnodar".

My favourite collection from Mercedez-Benz Kiev Fashion Days: Poustovit

I've been lusting over going to the MBKFD since I heard about it for the first time back in the day. But alas! I haven't been there yet.
There's always next week, - that's how I always thought of the whole thing.
Maybe that's why I'm not at the fashion shows right now. But,  as always, I'm sure I'll get a chance one day.
I was browsing sites when I stumbled upon a fashion show of Poustovit a few hours ago, a brand originally from Ukraine which I think as of a country with a huge potential in fashion.
Think it be the next most influential fashion capital. It was love at first sight with the Pustovit's collection shown at the Kiev Fashion Days.
I can't help but admiring  the dynamism of the whole collection all embodied in sophisticated prints and a bold color mixing.
At the same time I love the brands who share the "intercontinental aesthetics".
I mean you can wear clothes of such brands anywhere and you'll always be looking good without worrying about where it's produced and who by, because it doesn't really matter. The only thing matters it's quality. Poustovit is one of such kind of brands.
I selected a few images taken from their official website and share it with ya'll. Hope you'll choose something to pick up for the next fall/winter season.
